and made great suggestions. Set up a visit through Michelle (one of the owners and incredible lady!). The visit took about .30 minutes the gentleman (owner Craig and Anthony) were thorough, explained everything and were fair priced!

The customer service was nice, but the price was pretty expensive. I’ve had to call locksmiths a couple times before, but at a price of $250 during the day is pretty excessive. I tried to get a quote before choosing them, just an estimated price (I know it can change depending on the situation and understand that), but before even looking at the vehicle the technician said it would be $250. Glad my cars unlocked, but I wouldn’t choose them in the future. Feels like price gouging to me.

Absolutely legend of a guy in there. Was turned away by a few other companies because my ignition switch was aftermarket. He had a key made in no time at all! Excellent people and service. Will be back for all future needs.

I bought two keys with the bottle openers for my adult daughters-the keys fit perfectly and the bottle openers work! Really like that I had them made at the grocery store which saved me trip to Home Depot.

Talk about luck, I called Ron earlier this afternoon and asked what his first availability is to fix a locking door handle. He said, I am actually in your area and can be there in 15 minutes. Once he arrived, he knew exactly how to repair my damaged lock handle. It took him 20 minutes and he was done. This is what I call great service. He will be my go to locksmith since his service is great and his prices are reasonable.

I just had a locksmith come out and help me with a unique interior wood pivot door that needed a particular lock installed and ball catch. They had to hire the holes and appropriately assemble the locks into the door jam. Was done very professionally and precisely. This is after I had spoken with numerous other locksmiths that with couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. 5 star. Would use them again and highly recommend!

I lost my keys to my ebike. this shop was the only one in North San Diego County that was willing to consider my plight. Michele was fantastic and asked me to take pictures of the bike and the lock. Then she sent me pictures of two types of key and asked, “which one”. I responded and she said, “yes they could make new keys”. I took the bike in and with in a few days I had two new keys. I had been calling locksmiths for at least 6 months and found this little miracle on Google. One of the most recent VERY positive experiences that I have had.
