Just would like to say these guys are a class act. I locked my keys in my old 79 Chevy C10, and they came out within 30 minutes (I called them very close to when they close, on a Friday). They were still super polite / helpful, & priced fairly. Will be my go to company for the future. Thank you guys for saving me last min.

I’d give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

Couldn’t even get through to a real person despite them claiming to be local for a rekey quote. They’d say a real person would be on the call then transfer me to a crappy automated service that couldn’t even recognize my zip code. I went through this 3 times…Don’t waste your time, it’s a very broken system.

I purchased a used vehicle and it came with only one smart key, so I wanted a spare. I found a matching smart key on ebay and hired Patrick to program it to my vehicle, and also cut the backup key should the smart key ever fail or run out of battery power. His positive reviews on Google prompted me to contact him, and boy am I glad I did. I found him to be an honest and hardworking professional and true to his craft. He not only did exactly what he told me he would do over the phone, but he did it at a fraction of the cost of the auto dealership. I found a Minute key kiosk at my local Walmart and needed a last-minute copy of a key. The process was fast, easy and accurate. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. It’s a bit pricy but is a lifesaver for those last minute urgent key copy needs.

I called for urgent assistance but waited far longer than promised. The technician did not apologize or explain the delay. The service itself was rushed and lacked attention to detail. Overall, it was a stressful experience.

I had an old mailbox key to duplicate. It’s an old design and needs to be recut/adjusted multiple times until it works. This place tried once, gave up and just told me to leave after refunding money. Well thanks for refunding but I’m still out of a key. I solo parent and have medical issues, so it was very difficult to come in here two times with a baby, only to be told they can’t duplicate my key. I do think if you have a regular house key you’d do fine here. I would come back again if I had a common key to duplicate but would look elsewhere for unusual keys. Giving one star since my needs weren’t met.

In the end I had to go somewhere else and they explained why this particular key needs multiple attempts, and they were good about trying until it worked.
