Oroville safe and lock is my go to place for locks and keys. They were so helpful when I was switching out my lock at my studio. A representative from their business came down and replaced my lock within 30 minutes. They also gave me four custom keys for this lock that were all numbered. Just recently I needed 20 keys made for another building and I went into the store And was warmly greeted by the clerk at the counter. She took my keys and was very speedy and getting all 20 keys made then the owner himself came in and helped her finish up the order. I was only in there about 15 minutes. If I were to have taken these keys to get them made at somewhere like a big box store, it would have taken me so much longer. It is so worth it to pay just a little bit more for great service that is speedy and efficient and to know that I’m supporting local business. Highly recommend.

I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

I lost my house key after 9pm and needed help urgently. These guys work 24 hours, and when I called, they picked up the phone right away. After I explained my situation, they arrived within 10 minutes.
They opened the door in just a few seconds — super fast and very professional. Excellent service and great response time. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

These guys were amazing. Our house keys were stolen and we needed to re-key our locks. They called back immediately and showed up to my house only a few hours after my initial call to re-key our home. They were kind, courteous, extremely professional and super efficient. He was there in less than an hour after I called him and in the time it took me to go to the bank and come straight back he had already programmed the new key fob and was almost finished cutting the key, and that was with all keys lost! Truly great service if needed will definitely be calling him again!
