outstanding work! aside from his busy schedule, he was able to come by and check what the issue was and with his experience both professionally and personally, he checked the battery connection and noticed the red covered connection had gotten loose. he then said to turn the car off and on again. things were still working! 98% problem solved! his knowledge and expertise helped solve the problem within minutes of his arrival! thank you and much appreciated!

I had an old mailbox key to duplicate. It’s an old design and needs to be recut/adjusted multiple times until it works. This place tried once, gave up and just told me to leave after refunding money. Well thanks for refunding but I’m still out of a key. I solo parent and have medical issues, so it was very difficult to come in here two times with a baby, only to be told they can’t duplicate my key. I do think if you have a regular house key you’d do fine here. I would come back again if I had a common key to duplicate but would look elsewhere for unusual keys. Giving one star since my needs weren’t met.

In the end I had to go somewhere else and they explained why this particular key needs multiple attempts, and they were good about trying until it worked.

Chris Webber re-keyed my locks 5 to be exact. He knows his craft even fixing one of the doors so the lock fit properly into the door frame. He adjusted the wood carving it out. Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

I recommend this place with enthusiasm! I was having trouble finding someone to copy a fairly simple key, and was just told no from big box stores with key copying services. But at this shop, which hs clearly seen it all, the gentleman was very kind, and most of all, interested in solving my issue. He was curious, tried an experiment, and explained why my key was unusual. His experiment worked and I now have a spare key! Even if it was not successful, I was so happy that he had the energy and interest to think outside of the box, not with wild abandon, but with the know how from years of experience. I’m going here FIRST next time!

Keys worked perfect! System Glitched out and didn’t do the complimentary discounted key. And, there was no excuse for it, because I was able to order a similar key immediately after. Also, lack of selection. There were only 2 choices. Which makes it difficult to distinguish the 8 keys I just purchased…
