don’t listen to the bot reviews i just got scammed out of 300$ for a 20 second job absolutely unbelievable. Locked myself out my car and had no choice to call, When the guy pulled up he had the door open in under a minute and then charged me 300$, 300$ just to open the door, no spare keys were made or any other expense. They’re not open 24 hours. Not the shop, anyway. Walked here to get keys made and nobody is here. Sign on the door says closed. Maybe they’re available by phone/car during these times, but I don’t have an emergency and don’t want to pay for that. Just wanted to get a key made.

The kiosk machine was easy to use and the keys worked on the first try. Only downside was the lack of assortment that you could get from the machine at that moment. If you wanted like a sports team themed key, you would have to wait for it to be mailed. That is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars.

The key copying was fine. The locksmith sent for a lockout was a complete scam. Paid 50 dollars for a guys to come out and tell me it would be over 300 to pick a lock.

it was very easy and convenient to have the keys copied but had issues later with the copied keys but the customer service was just excellent and my money was credited back to me since the keys didn’t work. but I did use the same kiosk 4-5 days later and second time keys work perfectly.

The only key to my office in Burbank broke inside the lock while I was trying to open the door.
Locksmith Maksim arrived quickly, removed the broken key, and opened my office. Surprisingly, there was no need to replace the lock — he rekeyed it and provided new keys. I didn’t even know that was possible.

I had made a key at a local hardware store and the copy worked for the ignition and the doors, but it jammed the trunk. It obviously was not sufficiently accurate. Our local grocery store had the KeyMe scanning machine and I decided to give it a try. Five days later, I received the key and it works perfectly in the ignition car doors and the trunk! I couldn’t be happier.
