I was directed here by a home depot employee after trying to get some mailbox keys made and having their machines unable to do them. I did have an option to purchase from the kiosks there but they were going to have to mail them and it was going to be a bit expensive.

I came here today and in less than 10 minutes left with three freshly hand-cut keys, all of them together costing me what the kiosk at home depot wanted to charge me for one.

Furthermore, upon my departure I was instructed to test each key and if there was a problem with any of them, to return back. Now that’s the kind of money-back guarantee that no kiosk can compete with.

110% would recommend this place for getting new keys made.

Excellent service by city one locksmith, technician might answer. The phone immediately showed up within one hour was upfront and very far with the cost for the locksmith. Repairs could not be any happier what highly recommend and definitely use again.

It’s a little confusing. I made two keys, one regular and one premium, from the same key. The premium key seemed to be missing all the teeth, the regular version has the teeth. BUT, both keys work. I loved the convenience. Thanx.

The kiosk machine was easy to use and the keys worked on the first try. Only downside was the lack of assortment that you could get from the machine at that moment. If you wanted like a sports team themed key, you would have to wait for it to be mailed. That is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars.

don’t listen to the bot reviews i just got scammed out of 300$ for a 20 second job absolutely unbelievable. Locked myself out my car and had no choice to call, When the guy pulled up he had the door open in under a minute and then charged me 300$, 300$ just to open the door, no spare keys were made or any other expense. Horrible experience. Had to get a refund. In the picture the original key is the large key, flag is the new key. Doesn’t match at all and obviously doesn’t work. Refund has been issued hence 2 stars.

I had made a key at a local hardware store and the copy worked for the ignition and the doors, but it jammed the trunk. It obviously was not sufficiently accurate. The key copying was fine. The locksmith sent for a lockout was a complete scam. Paid 50 dollars for a guys to come out and tell me it would be over 300 to pick a lock.
