Guy gave me a quote on the phone and came to my residence to replace both the top and bottom locks to my front door since they’re old and faulty. He performed the installation in less than an hour. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services and would call again if needed.

Copied keys i didn’t ask to be copied and charged me for them.

Needed keys copied and clearly identified which keys needed to copied and the quantities to reach the credit card minimum. The guy working there ended up making copies of keys i didn’t need and charged me for them. He did not even offer to fix the problem even when i pointed out which keys i could have used extra on.

Alex was super direct, punctual, clear and efficient! Got exactly what we wanted and it works great. There was a small manufacturer defect with the device he installed and he came out super fast and installed a new lock without any extra charge or excuses!

All I want is a duplicated mechanical Key for my Semi-truck. Tried the Kiosk inside Safeway, not gonna work. Screen showed me to call a local partnered locksmith.
Called, I said where is the shop I can come to you. They said no its a mobile locksmith they will come to you. I asked how much, they said the Technician will explain to you later.
Technician called me. I asked how much for one duplicated metal key, he said 45. Then I said ok then come to my address.
The guy showed up, got the key copied, and showed me a bill of $300+. I said you told me is 45 in the phone, and he said he actually meant his ETA was 45 mins. So $300+ but I was not informed at all prior the Service. I tried my best to ask the price at the first hand but they refused to answer it.
Hey, Home depot charges $10 for that.
LOL. No way I am paying $300+ for a metal key. No WAY! Not today!
