Alex was super direct, punctual, clear and efficient! Got exactly what we wanted and it works great. There was a small manufacturer defect with the device he installed and he came out super fast and installed a new lock without any extra charge or excuses!
10/10 recommend if you want something that works AND looks good 👍🏻
Thanks Alex! 🙏🏻

EDIT: Ali, the manager at Marathon Locksmith, reached out and followed up with me. Apologized for the experience and processed a partial refund. I appreciate the follow up and action taken. Changing from 1 star to 3 stars for the amendments.
Original Review: I am trying to figure out how this business has 5 stars all around. They charged me $500 for the following: I called because of being locked out of my car at the airport, someone came in a car that had no signs of the business, he then helped me open the car door essentially by inflating a cuff to open the door and insert a stick to flip the lock internally. Not a single look at the keyhole, no keys were produced, nothing. Just for opening the door. Then asked me to pay via Zelle as friends and family because otherwise payment would be retained for review for them. I had to ask for an invoice, which I’ll attach and does not even say the business name. It was also $500 because that was the Zelle limit, they had charged me $520. I acknowledge I could have said no to the service, but I also already had them there and I’m desperate to go home, so that I’ll take accountability for. However, $500 for forcing my door open and no other service? That is absolute robbery.

Manor helped me cut and program a second key for my car (2011 Smart Fortwo). Very professional and easy to work with. He was able to match a quote I’d gotten from another locksmith, communicated proactively when he was going to be a few minutes late, and did the job quickly and professionally.

I liked that the service was convenient as I was able to make key copies at my work. I got a “make 2 key copies, get 1 free” which I opted for. The last key that it spit out was customized to a sports team theme which I didn’t expect or pick (I just wanted a standard key). No harm done, but would’ve like to have a choice to pick a key style.
