There’s a reason the have 5 stars. My car key was worn paper thin and truly seemed impossible to get replaced. These guys took their time, and managed to get me 2 copies! On top of world class service, everyone at the shop is very kind and hospitable. Absolutely recommend this place

Eric is professional, efficient, and friendly. He got here on time and changed my locks so fast! He took time afterwards to walk through my house with me to answer my questions about setting up security cameras. He explained thoroughly what I could do, recommending camera placements as well as what products to use. He also assessed a lock that I had questions about. I want to be safe locksmith. The owner looked at my ignition, suggested to pick up the key ignition cylinder at the dealership. He would install the wafers in the cylinder, put the key cylinder and in the ignition for a amazing price . I decided to purchase two new keys with the fob the cutting of The two keys, was a little under $250. This was a great deal. The dealer was going to do the same work and charge me $700 and I would’ve walked away with one new key.

I had an amazing service, he was quick and the key was perfect. Even answered my call on Christmas! I bought my bmw at an auction, so the key fob was not cut and didn’t work for the doors. He cut my current key and gave me a new one too, which works perfectly. I 100% recommend going through this company!

Let me start by saying they did good work.
Fast and efficient.
My concern is in their pricing. I paid $850+ for them to remove a broken key from a gateway lock and to repair a door lock to a patio entry way.
Before you start thinking I approved the amount, I didn’t. They did not give me an estimate before they started the work.
Should I have asked, sure, maybe? I have worked with hundreds of vendors in my daily job and never had to ask before, so perhaps that’s my fault.
If you can afford those rates, they can do the job.
I will NOT be calling them again.
