I love how they have a location nearby to where I lived. The kiosk was easy to follow, the prices were reasonable and they have different options for decorations for the keys. They can copy key fobs from your car, house, and also ID’s. Overall, I would def come back to get copies of my keys. Oh and they store your key virtually in their system so if you ever get locked out, type in your phone number in their system and you’ll get a brand new one.

Kobe arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite and fast with service. Even replaced the battery in the duplicate key for me at a rate so much more reasonable than the dealership or even other competitors. Will recommend time and again! Thanks Kobe!

First notice how they don’t give a price ? That’s because they decide how much they can get once they are there. No accountability and they specifically DONT list price. $250 for a lock out. Just fyi. That was me others are probably higher. Or lower depends on what they think they can get. The positive is they got there in 30 minutes. So obviously if you are desperate on time. That’s good.

I have never experienced such a unprofessional service.
I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour.
When technician arrived he informed me the following.
Service charge $165
Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20
Etc.
He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes.
I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax.
I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount.
What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.

I’m really happy with the service I received getting a spare key programmed. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Overall, great service and definitely worth it-l’d recommend them to anyone needing key programming.

Ordered 2 keys. 1 for 7 bucks that never dropped down. And 1 for 2 dollars extra that wasn’t even close to fitting in the front door. Called and got a prompt refund, so that was cool.

Honestly, this was such an easy and straightforward process. I will definitely be copying all of my keys here in the future. I came in around 4:20 PM on a weekday and walk directly up to the counter handed the gentleman the key I needed and told him I needed four copies. He immediately went and made copies of the key efficiently. He was late handed exactly what I needed. I think I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. So much better than going to a hardware store or copying keys on one of those machines!

At first my key got stuck. I had to pull it out with pliers. But after I got my key out, I worked it in and out and back and forth a few times. Now my key works fine.
