Highly recommend Ron!! My friends and I were locked out of the car at 1am, and he responded swiftly. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, and he even informed us of the usual prices past midnight, and we realized we almost accepted an overpriced service from another locksmith!!! He brought the cutest pom with him and unlocked the car within 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable too!

We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Edit: Appreciate the follow up, but I don’t appreciate it sounding like a mistake. As soon as we got on the call, I was asked to provide detailed unrelated personal information before getting a ball park estimate. After repeatedly expressing interest in just getting ball park estimates, the tone shifted and eventually I was hung up on with no call back attempt. I would appreciate more transparency with pricing ahead of time to know what’s fair to expect. Thanks

Felt like I was scammed for what was essentially a Jumpstart to my car. $250 is absolutely ridiculous. I was not told this would be the price until after the service was completed, even though it wasn’t something that I asked for. I thought at max it would be $80 since I didn’t need to get my key reprogrammed. Would never recommend a place like this, go somewhere else.

This place charged $549.00 to replace my front door lock. They charged $250 for a $40 door knob at Home Depot, and 85.00 to take the existing door nob off. It was ridiculously expensive and as business owner myself, I will not be using this company again!!!

Huge shoutout to Busy Bees!! I have a BMW motorcycle with German engineered luggage locks that I needed picked. A locksmith arrived at my home but discovered that these locks were unable to be opened with conventional picking. Shortly thereafter the manager called me and said they were not giving up yet. He spoke with the owner of Busy Bee and she okayed the ordering of a special (and expensive) tool designed to defeat the more secure locking system. The tool showed up in a couple of days, they called, I arrived, and my luggage was unlocked in a couple of minutes.

That level of commitment to purpose is uncommon and I want to publicly thank them for not giving up and finding a way to deliver what I needed! Great work from a great team of professionals!!

I came in with one of my key fobs broken. The girls, Lily and Cassie were absolutely amazing 💜!! Very knowledgeable and patient. Not only did I have the shell of my key fob replaced but Lily also reprogrammed all three of my keys within 5 minutes. I am beyond satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend over and over again! Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and amazing customer service. They did everything in their power to try to save me money by exhausting all other possible solutions. I really appreciated that. They did everything they could to try to save my ignition lock, and even though we finally concluded that it was the ignition lock itself that was the problem, they came out and replaced it and gave me a good price for a full service replacement. And also the locksmith who came out had a great sense of humor, and was a good positive guy. Overall, I do highly recommend.

Their technician made no efforts to find our building, and then proceeded to ignore our calls. We contacted their office to request their locksmith to contact us back. Their office made no attempts to do so, despite saying they would.
