I didn’t experience their key services, but their customer service is amazing! They didn’t have the software to program my Range Rover key. Instead of telling me that only a dealer can do it, Erika referred me to another local locksmith who was able to which was awesome and appreciated!

This company took advantage of my elderly handicapped mom. $700 for two metal keys. They told her this was a 30% discount.
She did not have a key to copy, the car was unlocked. Google reads this should not cost more than $400, even through the dealer. Do not do business with this company.
