Mr. Lim was very professional quick. The price was really good. I think I waited 30 minutes and was on the road. He came to me where my keys stopped working and made the key within about 10 minutes and was still way cheaper than the dealership.

I lost my house key after 9pm and needed help urgently. These guys work 24 hours, and when I called, they picked up the phone right away. After I explained my situation, they arrived within 10 minutes.

First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

I made keys twice now at the Minute Key machine at Walmart and will recommend it to my friends. The keys work good in the lock and it was faster than waiting for a person to make them.
