An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

First time coming to this Locksmith Shop. I tried going to my regular place, but they were closed. The owner here is very friendly. Very knowledgable and has an extensive selection of key blanks as well as key rings/key chains and other accessories. I needed to buy multiple copies of several different types of keys (house, mail, semi truck). While I waited I was checking out the key chains. I ended up buying about 10 or 12 things total. Very affordable and it was nice talking to the owner. She said she has been at that location for 40 years. I will be coming here from now on. Great customer service. Very laid back.

We both agreed it was a miscommunication and that they were very concerned about good customer service.
