Amazing service! I needed a replacement key and they were able to get it done the same day. The whole process only took about 15–20 minutes, and the key included a remote, which was a huge plus. The employees were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciate how smooth and fast everything was. Best person and locksmith Ever.
I had an issue on my HHR and called around, 1 never called me back, the other said they’d come over and then no showed, Then I Called Joe – what a difference when you care about your business. Joe was up front, he said he was busy but scheduled my Mobile appointment. He sent me a text to confirm the appointment and sent me one the following day so I knew he was on his way.
A soon as he arrived he went to work diagnosing the issue. Honestly, I was shocked, he even called me over to show me the diag results and tests. He demonstrated that he was trust worthy and knew his profession – that was greatly appreciated.
After all was said and done, he stated that he didnt want to waste my time and money and said that I should take it to a shop . I reached out to hand him my credit card and he said “no charge” He said that he was happy to help and didnt want to take payment. He called it “doing the right thing.”
I was blown away. Even after all he did and coming out on such a cold day, the guy showed his professionalism and kindness. Now a days, Few business show this care for their clients.
I cant recommend Joe enough, if you’re reading this, just call him. He’s fair, professional and honest. Moving forward, I will go to him for any locksmith issues I require.

$330 FOR A SINGLE KEY!! Ripoff. Charged me $100 for cutting and programming a key. She was unable to program the wireless portion of the key. Since I had my own key she said it’s not warrantied. That’s fine. But she would do the initial cutting and programming. She cut the key but she was unable to program. I said well, I’ll buy your key which was around $230 for and oem one, which included cutting programming. So I said I would pay the difference of $130. she said it was an additional $230 on top of the $100. So she wanted to charge me $330 for 1 working key. I told her you didn’t do the initial programming so I should be charged that. I understand no warranty but you didn’t do the initial work. Offered to buy your overpriced key and she wanted an addition $230. You shouldnt charge for a service that you didn’t provide. BTW I am at locksmith now. He took the same exact key she couldn’t do and programmed it less than 10 minutes. Also I asked for the owner phone number or some kind of contact and she refused to give me the info. I gave her my info, but I’m betting no one will call.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Came early, ran into some issues (my car’s fault), and he not only fixed the problem fast but changed my car’s two-key system into one, so now I don’t need to carry more keys! This is the best locksmith in bakersfield! I highly recommend. I had such a great experience. I called, and he came to where I was within 15 minutes to unlock a door that was jammed on my class b RV. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and efficient with time. Camping world wasn’t able to help me at all, but he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Affordable also.
