If I could give a negative 10 star to this business I would. Their price gouging and fraudulent business practices are astonishing. The supposedly bought another locksmith that we used to work with as fraudulent and price gouging as them and then took it a notch higher. Being a captive client they charge 35 dollars per key. Today I paid over 200 dollars for 5 keys. They are so bad they even charged a 4 percent credit card use fee. I am sending our attorney after them and if the business operates under any special license I will file a complain. Stay away from these people.

Wasted my time. All I got was 3 bottle openers. The keys it spit were the correct type but they were all pretty much flat. I called immediately while still standing there and they gave me a refund right over the phone. If it would have worked properly this service is something I would have used again.

Solid place to get some new keys made! The guy who was working was super helpful and made 10 keys for me just before they were supposed to close.

Don’t listen to those low reviews, this place is fantastic.

My jobsite in Martinez had a 7 ton office trailer that needed to be relocated to make room for newer office trailers to be delivered. The trailer was positioned in a manner that had many obstacles in the way that it would have been impossible to move by conventional means. My options were to demo the trailer in place or rent heavy equipment and try to move it ourselves. I did a searched online for any possible companies that could move a trailer and discovers AT Towing. I gave them a call and I told them my predicament. After sending some pictures they were able to come out next day and assess the area to come up with a plan. Once I confirmed a date, they sent out their crew with a recovery truck with rotating boom and was able to move the trailer without damaging the surrounding obstacles or the trailer. The crew was friendly and extremely professional. They got on-site and got right to business and had the trailer relocated in a few hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and highly recommend their services.

Called and asked for a quote to cut a key for my car. I already have the blank. I asked specifically for a quote to see how much it was first. They said they’d send someone over to me. I asked if they’d be able to give me a quote over the phone, and they repeated that they’d send someone out. Person arrives about an hour later and tells me that it will be $200+ for cutting and programming a key for the car. I already programmed the fob and I know how to program the key once it’s cut. I know people who work for Toyota, I can program the key myself, I just wanted a quote to cut the key. After he tried arguing with me about this I told him I understand the immobilizer system and can program it myself and just need a quote to cut the key. He asks “how much do you want to spend.” What kind of question is that? I want to spend as little as possible considering how little I actually am asking of you, just cut the key. I say $40. He then begins arguing saying “why would you call if you aren’t ready to spend $100, why would you, who else is gonna come to you, you need to pay me for my time and gas to come here”. I reiterated that I just needed a quote and that I never asked someone to come to me, only for a quote as to what it would cost. I told him I apologize if his company didn’t make that clear, but that’s what I told them plainly, that I only wanted a quote. If I wanted to pay dealer prices for cutting a key, I’d go to the dealer, not some 3 star locksmith off Google. He spent about 5 minutes trying to guilt me into paying him for his gas to come over, but after he argued with me and tried shaming me into paying him when I was always up front that I just wanted an estimate, he just continued to argue and there was no way I was about to give him any money. I don’t carry cash anyway, so there’s no way he’d be able to charge me without billing something, as when I told him I don’t carry cash he acted defeated and finally resorted to “I can’t believe you, why would you call if you aren’t looking to spend $100. I come to you that’s why it cost so much. Just know this is coming back to you.” Definitely never going to call this company again. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. I don’t blame him for being upset, his company shouldn’t have sent him out to give me an estimate if he wasn’t ready and prepared to give me just that: an estimate. And they very well could have just given me the price over the phone before they bothered to send him over to me. I know we all have families to feed and bills to pay, but I can’t pay mine if you’re gouging me for 4x what your service is worth just because you drive over here without me asking you to.
Update: local locksmith at an actual store in town quoted me $45 to cut the key over the phone, only charged me $35 once it was done. Works like a charm, programmed the immobilizer system myself in 5 minutes, something the KeyMe “locksmiths” wanted to charge $200+ for. It’s sad that there are people out here who take advantage of those who don’t know better, and that they try to guilt trip and shame people into paying too much for services that we didn’t necessarily ask for, while lying to us about our own capabilities. This “company” should not exist

So I searched Google for a locksmith this morning the person answered the phone took all of my information told me to stay by my phone someone will be calling me back very soon over an hour goes by and I continue my search calling other companies totally different number same company I find out ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED a different # the guy is talking really fast and he says I’m sorry we don’t have anybody in available in your area I suggest you find someone else however the area code is the same area code as mine and the city that they say they are located is in the city I mean you don’t have anybody available that’s fine but change your address and location on Google and stop misleading people and they could’ve called me back and told me that. only reason why I found out that no one was available is because I called back an hour and 15 minutes later on accident because it’s a totally different number than I called the first time but the same company minute key thank you
