i ordered 4 keys from the kiosk and all 4 are too small, you can see in the photo how the teeth are all too short with the bottom edge lined up. the keys can work only if you press up on the lock using the key.

I lost the transponder for my remote key fob for my Honda, I called Diamond Locksmith and Ray showed up within a couple hours, cut the key and programmed it in less than 30 mins. He made it easy. Great service and a life saver. Thank you!!

This is a kiosk/vending machine inside of Lucky’s, along the wall between the entrances. I just needed to simply get spare keys made, nothing complicated. You insert the key into the machine, answer a few prompts, select the color/pattern or a brass key, then wait a few minutes for your key to be cut and dispensed. I chose a color and pattern keys so each piece was less than $14 after taxes. I can’t speak on other services but overall quick and easy for what I needed.

Although the service and key-making process was phenomenal being that i was able to get my key same day, unfortunately, the copy DOES NOT WORK in my door and i am HIGHLY disappointed because i loved how quickly the key was made and that i was able to make it a different color. This machine is a SCAM. I will be hoping to get refunded for the $12 i spent on this poor useless key.

​I am absolutely furious. My order was confirmed and ready for pickup, but the cashier canceled it right to my face with a massive attitude. They claimed the item was “sold out,” but when I went outside to make a phone call, I watched multiple people walk out of the store with the exact product I had just been denied. They literally canceled my order just to sell it to someone else and lied straight to my face. Unbelievably shady and unprofessional. Avoid this place.
