I came here to buy a specific lock. They said they had it in stock. I went there and they recommended another lock that I didn’t research. I ended up buying it because it was good enough for what I needed. The lock itself is good but they charged me over two times the price you could buy it for online. The price I was charged made more sense for the original lock I wanted, which I doubt they even had in stock to begin with. I always try to support local businesses but I can’t help but feel scammed.

Huge shoutout to Busy Bees!! I have a BMW motorcycle with German engineered luggage locks that I needed picked. A locksmith arrived at my home but discovered that these locks were unable to be opened with conventional picking. Shortly thereafter the manager called me and said they were not giving up yet. He spoke with the owner of Busy Bee and she okayed the ordering of a special (and expensive) tool designed to defeat the more secure locking system. The tool showed up in a couple of days, they called, I arrived, and my luggage was unlocked in a couple of minutes.

That level of commitment to purpose is uncommon and I want to publicly thank them for not giving up and finding a way to deliver what I needed! Great work from a great team of professionals!!

First time coming to this Locksmith Shop. I tried going to my regular place, but they were closed. The owner here is very friendly. Very knowledgable and has an extensive selection of key blanks as well as key rings/key chains and other accessories. I needed to buy multiple copies of several different types of keys (house, mail, semi truck). While I waited I was checking out the key chains. I ended up buying about 10 or 12 things total. Very affordable and it was nice talking to the owner. She said she has been at that location for 40 years. I will be coming here from now on. Great customer service. Very laid back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I initially reached out for help with a faulty balcony door handle. Communication started off well, but things quickly became a long, drawn-out process full of delays, misquotes, and poor follow-through.

1. Weeks of Delays & Scheduling Changes
What should have been a straightforward job ended up taking over three weeks, with multiple reschedules, often last-minute. I repeatedly had to follow up to get updates.

2. Poor Responsiveness
After the work was finally completed, I spent weeks trying to get corrected receipts for my landlord. My messages on text were mostly unanswered until I warned that I would leave a review.

2. Wrong Part Ordered & Refund Delays
They charged me for a part that wasn’t used, admitted it, and said the trim cost would be refunded in 5–10 business days. It has now been longer than that, and still no refund. Once again, no response unless I chase them.

Overall, this felt like a mix of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of accountability. The technicians themselves were polite, but the operational side of the business needs serious improvement. I would not recommend it unless they address these issues.

We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. We called Lynns lock service when our safe was not able to be opened. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They worked on the safe for couple of hours but were able to get it open in the end.

Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. The price was great, and it feels good supporting a reliable local business. Highly recommend!
