I have never experienced such a unprofessional service.
I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour.
When technician arrived he informed me the following.
Service charge $165
Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20
Etc.
He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes.
I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax.
I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount.
What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.

Beshoy was able to get me back on the road finally after being stuck for over 42 days. I have a 2023 Jeep Renegade apparently it has a new system iBCM or something like that. Beshoy was able to make me a key just like that. His price was very reasonable and fair. Dealership wanted to charge over $1850 but he was under a $1000.

I use the KeyMe kiosk frequently and it’s always a great experience. The process is fast and reliable — my keys are usually made in about three minutes, and every copy has worked perfectly on the first try.

It’s a self-service kiosk that accepts cards and Apple Pay, and it’s very convenient to find them in Safeway stores while doing regular shopping.
