I have never experienced such a unprofessional service.
I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour.
When technician arrived he informed me the following.
Service charge $165
Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20
Etc.
He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes.
I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax.
I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount.
What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.

was calling around to find out how much it would cost to get car key fob programmed. I called KeyMe Locksmith. The person who answered the phone wanted my first name and address. I told them I’m just trying to get a price. The guy said he needed the info and the technician will call me with a price. I told him my car make/model etc. I got a call back from the technician and he quoted me $120-$160. I said okay thank you. He asked me was I going to schedule the service. I told him no I just wanted a price. About 5 minutes later a woman called me and said she understood a technician called me and gave me the price but I refused service. I told her I didn’t refuse service because I only wanted a price not scheduling a service. She told me okay if I need service give them a call back. Then about 5-10 minutes later I got another call with voicemail and a text message. I could barely hear the girl on the voicemail so I call them back. I told the guy I just called for a price and now I keep getting calls and texts and I feel like I’m being harassed. I never scheduled a service. He put me on hold and then comes back to tell me they’re cancelling the service and the technician was on his way to my house and I owe a $29.95 cancellation fee. I told him is this some type of scam because I never scheduled a service. I told him I will call the cops on them and to not play with me. I am nervous about what they will do because they have my address and the make/model of my car. Please do not utilize this company in Antioch because they are definitely scamming people.

Kobe arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite and fast with service. Even replaced the battery in the duplicate key for me at a rate so much more reasonable than the dealership or even other competitors. Will recommend time and again! Thanks Kobe!

I requested help to pick and rekey 4 door locks, with all locks rekeyed to use the same key. These were standard interior and exterior door locks with a simple design. The technician arrived and was able to pick all the locks very quickly (within about 5 minutes). The rekeying took a bit longer, but everything works properly and the job was completed in under an hour.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the workmanship, and I especially appreciate that the service was available on a Sunday.
The reason for the 3-star rating is the pricing and lack of clarity upfront. The technician did not clearly explain that the lock-picking fee was charged per lock, which led me to believe the picking cost would be combined for all four doors, while the rekeying would be per lock. I was therefore very surprised when the total came to $1,600 for less than one hour of work.
Another concern is billing transparency. I did not receive an itemized receipt, and although I wanted to pay via credit card, I was told there would be additional credit card fees, which resulted in me paying via Zelle instead. This was not ideal and felt somewhat unprofessional for a service priced at this level.
In my opinion, the service is very expensive. If you only need assistance picking a single lock, this may be acceptable. However, if you have a situation similar to mine—multiple doors with multiple locks—I would recommend getting quotes elsewhere before proceeding.

At first my key got stuck. I had to pull it out with pliers. But after I got my key out, I worked it in and out and back and forth a few times. Now my key works fine.

I purchased 2 keys and the machine did an offer for buy 2 get 1 free. I got the free key but not the custom two that I purchased . I also wasn’t refunded for that transaction.
