The process is very straightforward, convenient, intuitive, etc. I also love that my profile is saved so that I can make more keys if or whenever I want to. A big problem I have though is that the keys themselves feel not so substantial. They certainly are not as sturdy as the original metal keys that came with the locks. If the metal was of a higher caliber I would give this five stars. I wish I could’ve posted 3 1/2 stars, instead of three, but that’s all the system allows.
