Ryan was great. We had a lockout situation where our pet-sitter was unable to gain entry while we were staying with family. He responded promptly and professionally. He was able to get our pet-sitter in to get our pets taken care of and make sure our door was secured before he left. The price was true to the quote, which isn’t always the case with locksmith services. Great customer service and got us out of a bind! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Ryan came out on a Saturday morning to replace two locks for me and went above and beyond by fixing a door misalignment issue that wasn’t even in the original order. He stayed late to make sure everything worked smoothly. I’ll definitely call again if any future work.

Wow! What a neat and tidy shop and such polite and helpful people. Really impressed.
I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.

Careful calling.
I reached out for a quote to rekey a doorknob. Was told their technician would be calling back. Received multiple calls throughout the day from different companies. One company called from Saratoga Lock and Key very upset and yelled threats and used very nasty words because they thought we were a spam caller. He called multiple times to the point I had to get authorities involved to get him to stop. So be very careful.

I believe they may subcontract out the work to other locksmiths.
