Wow, talk about inconsiderate and horrible customer service. This is supposed to be a 24 hour Service place and after 15 minutes I called back to make sure they had my right information because it was late at night and I felt unsafe and they had the audacity to tell me that go ahead and find my own locksmith. Do better and hire better customer service. that actually respect people and treat people like human beings instead of like if they don’t matter. Shame on you.

I called Alpine to have a locksmith come out to re-key the locks on my home, as I recently lost a set of keys. Justine took the call and stated one of the guys would be out and would call when he was on the way. I got a call from Gabriel who quoted a 15 minute ETA. He arrived on time, was very professional and attentive. He had the locks dismantled, re-keyed and had new keys made in about 20 minutes. I can’t say enough about their service. It was top notch and will not hesitate to recommend their business in the future.

Jake from Alpine Lock replaced an old lock and key with a keypad locking system on our front entry door. This was a complicated installation and Jake handled it with ease. Jake arrived on time and installed the upgrade with skill and professionalism. And it was $300 less than the original quote which was awesome! He also recommended High Sierra Custom Door to fix a weather stripping issue on the front door which was a high priority for us. Thank you Jake we love the new keypad on our front door it’s a real game changer!

They did not disclose their mandatory service call fee for them to come over. Since I was in a rush to not miss my final exam (because the contractor arrived later than I was told), I agreed to pay the full sum of $489.29. The contractor told me the individual costs and proceeded to calculate them, but put his phone away as he was calculating the total. I felt like this was an incorrect amount, but I paid it anyway as I was in a hurry.

After the key was made, I was told there would be an additional charge of $125 for every spare key that I wanted to rewrite to the new security code. They failed to disclose this piece of information prior to the service.

I called them back as soon as possible (2 hours later) requesting a full refund, as they did not disclose two critical pieces of information upfront. They refused to give me a refund because my key cut and electronically programmed.

Furthermore, I was not given a receipt detailing the costs of each service.

Edit: A few days later, I reached out to them again requesting a refund and asked for help finding their storefront location so I could get my key reprogrammed. They did not give me any information and blocked my number.
I plan to file a formal complaint against this company for illegal and deceptive business practices.
