I lost my keys to my Honda motorcycle, and Carlos did an excellent job making a replacement key. He was able to find the key codes needed and got everything done quickly and professionally. His communication was great from start to finish and he was very responsive throughout the whole process. He came directly to the house to do job which made everything super convenient. I was there yesterday because the key of my 2013 vw jetta broke off the key fob. Best price too, the dealer was crazy trying to charge me 1/2 a grand for a replacement key. They made a new key with a key fob and made sure everything worked properly. Very professional and fast service! Definitely will be coming back for another key.

Convenient but I chose a certain type of key and it gave me a clown looking polka dot key. Not the end of the world but for $14 I would at least want what I ordered.

Be very, very careful with this company. I called them told them my problem. The Safe operated fine except when you put the key in it went a little too far, but the lock mechanism worked fine and said that they could fix it the way I wanted it. The man gets out here takes a sweet time all day replaces parts without asking for authorization! I guess for 125 bucks an hour they’re gonna take their time. They charge to come out and even charge for a tool bag charge. I had never heard of such a thing. The Safe had only one issue the key was turning too far. All I needed was the key part to be fixed, but he changed dials and God knows what else ihe didn’t even ask for authorization.then he hands me a bill for $530. I could buy a whole Safe for $530. Be very careful total scam!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!! That is a total absolute lie when I called they told me $95 service charge plus a $25 tool fee and then it was 125 an hour that is not true an absolute lie. And that doesn’t explain the fact that if it needed parts, I should’ve been consulted before so don’t come on here and act like you did nothing wrong maybe you oughta think about making it right I’m sure I’m not the first person.! I did not show you out of your money. I looked at it and I told him my displeasure I was in shock, but I did not try to hang out with you or not pay you. I paid you the full amount! I’m not that type of person they want something for nothing but I hate to be screwed in the end and that’s what I feel like happened. The man obviously did not know how to work on that Locke. He should’ve told me that he didn’t have the experience to do it. I would’ve called another company. And be very careful about your accusation about me throwing the credit card. I tossed it up on the counter and it’s all on camera and I will put the video on here to show that your technician is a bold face liar!!! It’s all on camera!! The man had no idea what he was doing, and it was so obvious. Maybe you need to hire a better caliber of an employee to do this kind of work, but if he wants to come back and lie, I would be more than happy to share the videotape with you! I will post it for all to see.!! Everything he did was on camera.

I came in just to get a copy of my house key, and because the price was so good, I decided to get three copies. I also asked about making a car key copy with a chip, and the price was way better than what I’d pay if I ever got locked out. So I went for it.

They made the car key with chip on the spot, and it worked flawlessly—no issues at all.

Highly recommend this place if you need house keys, car keys with chip, or just fast and friendly key duplication service. Great experience and definitely a place I’ll return to!

Hopefully don’t have to call them again, but definitely will if I need to. Very affordable. Bought a used car and was at the DMV, didn’t know this car could not be locked. Learned the hard way. None of the keyholes worked. Called many shops husband was also looking for me while at work. Found Lakewood lock and was done. He keeps on contact with you till he shows up. Very reliable and again, affordable.

The store out-front is really discouraging if compared to flashy new places or homedepot. However, the owner is a nice gentleman and probably been doing this for many years. Very affordable prices.
