I broke the only Prius key we had, Jeff was preparing to go out of town, but he made a special stop by our house to program a new key fob before he hit the road. Not only that, but his price was very fair. Very grateful.

This company took advantage of my elderly handicapped mom. $700 for two metal keys. They told her this was a 30% discount.
She did not have a key to copy, the car was unlocked. Google reads this should not cost more than $400, even through the dealer. Do not do business with this company.

When placing the original call, I was told they had someone that would be at our location within 30 minutes. 20 minutes after that call I received a text stating that help would most likely arrive within 30 – 60 minutes. Someone did arrive but not in the time frame that was provided to me. Hopefully it won’t be necessary, but in the future I would work directly with a local company.
