I lost my Mercedes keys, and the dealership was going to charge me almost $2,000. I called multi-locksmith. They got the key after 3 days and got it programmed and machined in 30 minutes. They saved me a lot of money. Shoutout to Steve for the amazing service

I cut copies of two basic house keys.
One worked fine from the first try.
The second simply wouldn’t turn. When I compared it closely to the original it was obviously missing a complete tooth.
The convenience of having an automated kiosk is completely nullified if the key isn’t cut right and won’t open a door.
Not cheap, and no one to return it to in order to make a new one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made three different keys, and every single one was low quality and totally unusable. Waste of money.

I used this Key Me machine at this location, and ordered keys to be made and sent by mail through the scan feature of the machine.
When they finally arrived several weeks later, every single one was so flawed that they were totally unusable. You could see along the cut edges of the keys that there were snags and warps in the metal, so even though they were indeed the keys that I had ordered for my doors and did fit into the locks on my doors (not someone else’s order delivered to me by mistake), not a single one was actually capable of locking my doors.
I had to wait almost a month on the new keys and then ended up needing to make another trip to a hardware store and buying more high quality keys. Very annoying, the key scanning machines are a big waste of time and money that’s supposed to be a time saving convenience.
