I had a key broken where the actual key portion meets the paddle used to turn the key. The key was split approximately 80% of the way down.

Four locksmiths I contacted refused to fix the key, insisting upon re-keying my door. Two locksmiths attempted to copy using a template copying machine, both of which failed to work.

I saw this kiosk and guess that it uses pictures to measure the coding on the key. I decided to take the risk and purchase one key.

The key worked perfectly smooth and better than the original! I placed an order for five more keys to distribute to myself and my family. Additionally, it was cheaper than the locksmiths!

I am waiting about 15 minutes and no keys came out. I called your office and it’s closed. Now it’s 7:12pm. I drove 5 miles to get a key from your machine and got nothing, instead you charged me and no key given to me.
Please refund my money back.
