My truck was broken into at LAX and they destroyed my ignition cylinder. Ben came out to help me within 40 minutes at 7am, and even went out of his way to source the cylinder when he didn’t have the correct one. The pricing was reasonable and the service was great. I would use them again!

5/5 stars! My old car key (2009 Camry) broke, so I bought a new one but I did not want to pay dealership prices to cut and program it. I got the chip from the old key and put it into the new one and I just needed to get the blade cut.

I had tried other locksmiths, but this business answered on the first ring! The owner was very friendly and upfront with the prices and admitted that the new key might not fit on his machine—I always prefer when a business is honest about limitations they have rather than to lie and give me a sloppy job. I gave him my keys and 20 minutes later he came back with a brand new set, he tested the key on all the locks in my car and ignition before handing them to me.

Very friendly, very affordable, very honest; 10/10 will definitely use his services again.

We have been having issues with our office security door not working correctly for months. The prior vendor that had done the work was simply not responsive. I received a recommendation to use FlyLock earlier this week. I called and spoke with Matt on Tuesday morning. Four hours later, a member from his team, Justin, was able to stop by the office and provide his input for our doors. He sent me a quote later that night, and even stated he would price match a prior quote I had received. Today, Friday morning, two of his techs, Cameron and Ryan, arrived and spent three (3) hours working on our door. Before replacing all the hardware, they took the time to troubleshoot. It turns out, there was an alignment issue with our doors. Cameron and Ryan were able to resolve our malfunctioning security doors without needing to take them down or replace the hardware. FlyLock was able to bring our office peace of mind, excellent customer service, and quickly fixed our security door. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I bought a care remote from them. They told me it was a quality replacement. After a few months the paint on the buttons completely wore off. Then at 15 months it stopped working completely even with a new battery. They changed the battery for 10 dollars and said it would work fine. It still didn’t work and they were unable to make it work. Poor product poor service. I won’t be back.
