I lost My keys at the av mall it was really cold keymasters came true they are professional and fast there prices are competitive they were able to get get me back in the road In no time they unlocked my car to confirm my key was not in there and were able to make me a new key on site

Updated review as of 08/28: BEWARE SCAMS ASSOCIATED WITH PATRIOT LOCK!! DO NOT CALL DIRECTLY FROM GOOGLE, CALL FROM THE WEBSITE AND IF IT ISN’T DAVID OR HIS FAMILY IT’S NOT TRULY THEM!!

I recently wrote a review of this company based on an interaction I had with a locksmith who I believed was associated with Patriot lock. My wife had called using the listing directly from Google, and unbeknownst to us, the phone number transferred her to a dispatch out of New York. The person that came to help my elderly neighbor with her lock was not associated with this company and in fact scammed her out of hundreds of dollars. The owner of the company, David, actually called me himself today to explain that is not how his company works. There is no dispatch, when you deal with Patriot lock you either speak directly to him, his son, or his wife. If you reach any kind of dispatch service or anything like that, hang up because it is not actually Patriot lock and it’s a scam. Unfortunately there’s no way for us to recoup the hundreds of dollars that my elderly neighbor lost by locking herself out, but it’s good to know that this is what’s going on and hopefully we can help somebody else to not have to go through what we went through.

I really appreciated David calling me and taking the time to explain the situation to me, because I could not understand how a company with so many four-star ratings would allow for that kind of behavior. Now I know it wasn’t them. Just make sure when you’re calling you’re getting the actual organization. Hopefully they can do something with Google to make sure that these false phone numbers or links are removed and you actually get to talk to David and his team.

My experience with Brandon was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my ignition lock cylinder and cut and coded 2 keys on site in 30 minutes. He put everything back together properly. Dr Lock & his right hand man made an ignition & programmed my original key to it. They came out in 100+ heat & was done in about 15-20 mins. They were pleasant, professional & had a great sense of humor. They’re the best. I just referred them to some1.

Called and left a Voicemail and JMC called back shortly and provided a quote over the phone. Was able to unlock my vehicle the same day, just hours from the conversations. Price for unlock was reasonable and work was done exactly as expected.

Francisco & his wife (I’m assuming) were tremendous! In 31°F weather, I had been trying to access my property using every reasonable method possible (& I mean EVERY) for over an hr last night to no avail, with a 4 year old in tow. I called around for locksmiths for 20 minutes & every one of them quoted $175-$380 (& this was just for the bottom lock, NOT the deadbolt) or had no locksmiths in my area. I called Alpine a quarter to 8:00pm to my place in Top/Central AV. They responded right away & he originally quoted me the cheapest thus far. Took them about an hr to arrive. They were prepared, very friendly, & handled the matter with haste & care. Though it did take them about 30-45 minutes (it was such a difficult lock!!), they were steady-handed, focused, & worked well together. The woman was so sweet to my child. They got in with NO DAMAGE to my property & he also gave me 15% off on the service which he didn’t have to. Two things I’m certain of after this: 1) I have a very secure lock; even without the deadbolt in place! And 2) I would definitely use/recommend them again, without a second thought!
