The key for my ignition was getting harder and harder to turn. I know Ram Promasters are known for this issue. I was afraid I’d be in Death Valley or in the middle of nowhere and I couldn’t get it to turn. The Ram dealer in town wanted an exorbitant amount to fix it. Burge diagnosed the problem over the phone and checked for parts and assured me they could easily fix it. Which they did!!! I was so relieved and thankful for their honesty and integrity. 😇🙏

This place is like living in 1976. There is a post office with very helpful people. And if you need a key that will be guaranteed to work, this is the place. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. A family run business, I think. I hope Nichols never goes away. The other day I needed a key for my Suzuki DRZ400 motorcycle. They took the time to cross reference and use a Yamaha key. The nice young man told me “If it doesn’t work, bring it back and we’ll make another”. Well, the key worked just fine. If you need a key, lock, or safe in the Yuma area, I would recommend this place for personal customer service and expertise.

Absolutely satisfied with the service I received from affordable security today (6/1/26)!

I googled a locksmith In the Yuma foothills area and gave these folks a call. I scheduled the soonest availability they had and I was not disappointed whatsoever.
