We were waiting only a few minutes to be helped. For myself and the gentleman being helped when we walked in, they were caring and on top of our wants and needs. Very quick to make a second key for our car and the prices were very affordable. Overall very satisfied with the customer service and quality of goods offered.

The tech that installed the Eufy lock system on my front door and rekeyed other locks was Aaron. His 30 years of experience was handy in how he made necessary adjustments to the doors. A treat was his joyful and funny nature. Made my time with him move fast. 😊

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Business not on AZ Corporation Commission! Took over 3 hours to complete. Ruined mailbox. Could not get ahold of anyone and they had some “sister” company who is also not on AZ Corporation Commission. Could not get response for help!!
