I call Daniel the locksmith, and he came over very quickly and prompting on time we talked about the 10 different locks that I wanted to get changed out on my home in a mailbox key. He came back the next morning and did the complete job. I am so satisfied with the work that he’s done great locksmith.

Needed a spare key fob for a truck I had just purchased that had only one. Checked for locksmiths on line and saw the great reviews for OR Locksmith.
I called and spoke to Jacob. He was very helpful and considerate in explaining the process and his pricing was very competitive.
He set an appointment time that was convenient for me. Went in and he had a new key for me in 20 minutes.
Before I left, Jacob walked me through all the features, making sure they were all working properly. Even showed me some features i didn’t even know it had. He was kind, professional, and did a great job!!!!

My smart lock failed suddenly, so I called and Orion was able to come out super quickly. He not only identified the broken part, but grabbed a replacement from the hardware store (called me with options), fixed the lock, and reprogrammed it. We verified everything worked remotely. He sent me photos of every step. The whole process was super smooth and Orion was very professional, flexible, and courteous. I highly recommend him!

Worst possible experience and I only.got as far as the lady who answered the phone. I never complain but she was so rude then had the nerve to say it was because I wasn’t answering her questions. Ma’am take the time to listen to what I am trying to tell you and you would realize your questions had nothing to do with the reason I was calling. I was never given time to answer anything between her rude short rhetoric. She kept speaking over me. I called back after being hung up on, keep in mind, I’m still being courteous but in shock of how she is acting. I asked to speak to her boss and she told me that she couldn’t allow that but that they would tell me the same thing and probably hang up on me. Excuse me? What kind of you know what show are you guys running over there?
