KwikPick was great. I locked myself out near the end of the work day, and within 20 min they’d sent a technician out to my car. They were experienced, easy to interact with, and quickly fixed my mistake.

$120 seems to be the going rate for car lockouts, and as a flat price I think that’s reasonable, given that they clearly had someone on call in my area who was able to respond immediately.

No damage to the door or interior, and their technician was a very skilled apprentice; I love that they’re taking on young apprentices and Blake was knowledgeable and friendly.

Super quick & affordable. I locked my keys in my truck and Morty was here within 20 minutes, unlocked my truck in 30 seconds and made me two keys at a good price all in under 10 minutes. Great experience will definitely use again if needed.

What a fabulous experience we had here with Matthew. He programmed two key fobs for our cars, and cut emergency keys. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, with great attention to detail. I’m so glad we found this place, because they are a business that seems to honor God in all that they do. My key wasn’t turning in the ignition cylinder thus my car wouldn’t start. I called West Valley Lock & Key and Mordy tended to my needs. First of all he arrived super quick, less than 25 minutes. I explained the issue to him and after he inspected the ignition and the key we both agreed that I needed a new key and that I needed to repair the ignition cylinder. He was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly, from what the process is like to repair the ignition cylinder and he even showed me the reason and the damage that the cylinder had. He double and triple checked that the new key worked with the repaired ignition cylinder and he also double and triple checked the actual cylinder. He was extremely helpful and nice, he did a great job at cheering me up and cracking jokes too because the whole situation had me stressed out. One of the main reasons I was really stressed and worried was because I also thought I was going to be spending thousands to fix this, but I’m so glad it wasn’t the case even with a key with buttons!!! (My previous key had no locking or unlocking buttons) So this is great for me because this allows me to feel safer because I can unlock my car and get in faster unlike with my previous key which I had to unlock by inserting it into the door! Thank you so much MORDY, give this man a raise !!! He is awesome ! I can’t express the gratitude I have towards him and this company! Please take care of him. Attached is a picture of the new key he made for me!
