When our tow bar locking key was stuck on our tow vehicle I called Randall & he was headed right out in just a few minutes! Fortunately we got it unlocked before he arrived! I was so pleased that he responded immediately to help us! We would’ve been stuck not being able to move our rv from the front of the Flagstaff KOA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service & support! 5 STARS!

I took two blank keys in along with the original to get cut and the woman behind the counter couldn’t get it right after two attempts. I work at a Kawasaki dealership and obtained two genuine Kawasaki blank keys, so when this woman made a comment while making the second attempt at cutting the keys about ‘after market keys’, I knew she was making excuses to cover her own complete incompetence. Now I’m out $27 thanks to Flagstaff Lock and Key on Steves Blvd, suite #3. Due to the poor workmanship and employee’s bad attitude, I will never be back. Better off going to a key cut kiosk.

Very helpful, quick, professional, and friendly. I had a vehicle chip key copied and configured – they were quick to respond to my request, the pricing was fair and accurate ($150 flat), and he even threw in an OEM key at aftermarket price since they only had OEM available. Highly recommend!

Keys worked fine, no issue. Careful getting them, sharpe metal flakes/burs around the cut. Little ridiculous on price, but for the convince and quickness of the kiosk makes it bearable. But $21.84 for 2 keys .. plus my “free” key so 3 in total.
