Desert Mountain Locksmith was great! They responded quickly and were able to come out right away after I got locked out. They unlocked my door, made me three new keys, and handled everything professionally. Fast, reliable, and easy to work with. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. They replaced the battery in our trucks key fob. It fixed the problem for just a few dollars. We were so pleasently surprised. Nothing costs less than you thought it would in today’s times… But it’s true. Great service. Great value. Thank you A-Alarm!!!!

I was over 1000 miles away when my smart lock died. I sent Al a new lock and he turned my job around quickly sharing updates and a couple of videos of the new lock installation. Cory was prompt and courteous. He was able to fit us in at the end of his work day and arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken piece inside the lock mechanism) and was just as quickly able to repair it, saving me hours at the hardware store looking for just the right part, assuming I could even figure out what I needed to look for! Best of all, knowing we were in dire straits, he could have gouged us with the bill and we would have happily paid. Instead, the cost was surprisingly – amazingly – reasonable!
