When our tow bar locking key was stuck on our tow vehicle I called Randall & he was headed right out in just a few minutes! Fortunately we got it unlocked before he arrived! Very helpful, quick, professional, and friendly. I had a vehicle chip key copied and configured – they were quick to respond to my request, the pricing was fair and accurate ($150 flat), and he even threw in an OEM key at aftermarket price since they only had OEM available. Highly recommend!
