I’ll give em 4 stars because they are friendly. But seriously.. You only do keys for 2009 and newer for cars? Not very lock smithy. Disappointing.

I ask that they change pins in two vehicle door locks to a key I provided. They instead rekeyed the locks to a totally different key, stating my key didn’t fit. Their answer was to use one door key and a different ignition key. They then said I could return the keys for a refund, but I can’t because they changed the pins. Charged me $40 and I told them to just throw the locks in the trash.

After 3 other locksmiths in the area were unable to fix my issue, one referred me to this company. I think that speaks for itself! Edward went above and beyond to fix my issue and made sure to even clean up after. I am so happy with the result and grateful for this team! My maiden name just so happens to be Nichols so I probably should have called them in the first place, haha!
