Worst possible experience and I only.got as far as the lady who answered the phone. I never complain but she was so rude then had the nerve to say it was because I wasn’t answering her questions. Ma’am take the time to listen to what I am trying to tell you and you would realize your questions had nothing to do with the reason I was calling. I was never given time to answer anything between her rude short rhetoric. She kept speaking over me. I called back after being hung up on, keep in mind, I’m still being courteous but in shock of how she is acting. I asked to speak to her boss and she told me that she couldn’t allow that but that they would tell me the same thing and probably hang up on me. Excuse me? What kind of you know what show are you guys running over there?

Recently had need of a locksmith in the middle of the night in a stressful situation. Numerous locksmiths indicate they are open 24/7, but it took 6 calls and 1 1/2 hours to find one who actually answered their phone! Thank you, Sixx and Heather, for coming to my rescue in an emergency at 2:00 a.m. and working so hard to resolve the issues until 4:30 a.m.

I found myself being locked out of my garage without any indoor access and Cody showed up within 15 minutes of calling to Chandler to assist me. I called because I was locked out of my house. I was told they could have a technician there in 25 minutes. I said ok. 15 minutes later a technician calls me and says there 40 minutes away. I said never mind I need to leave for something so I’ll just have to call back later. The dispatch or whoever calls me back and says oh we have a different technician who can definitely be there in 20 minutes. Okay fine. 20 minutes goes by, no one shows up. I call back, they’re trying to figure it out. As this is happening the same technician calls me back and is like oh you have time now? I’m still 35 out. No… I don’t. I was told a different tech was available and I need to leave so don’t bother. The dispatch people didn’t know what was going on. Their subcontractor called me and was aggressive and rude, saying I canceled on his contractor twice so of course they weren’t 20 minutes away. When I explained to him exactly what happened he hung up on me. I’m still locked out but I’ll be using a different locksmith company because screw these guys and their terrible customer service where they disregard your time constraints and lie to get your business. 0 stars.
