I had an excellent experience! They were able to schedule my service call within 24 hours, rekey three cylinders, and make several copies of my key — all for under $100. Their pricing is amazing, and they took the time to make sure every single key worked perfectly in all the cylinders they rekeyed. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was over 1000 miles away when my smart lock died. I sent Al a new lock and he turned my job around quickly sharing updates and a couple of videos of the new lock installation. We accidentally ordered our front door with a different keying than every other door to our house, and everyone in the family needed to have a second key specifically for the front door. It was obnoxious. I brought the front door’s lock to Sean and he re-keyed it in front of me within about 10 minutes. Very fair pricing and the whole family was super appreciative of his work.
