I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.

I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
I highly recommend Eli’s Lock and Key to anyone looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about their customers’ safety.

Cory was probably one of the best guys to work with. He was quick and helped me get my car unlocked. Would have been waiting a lot longer for someone else to get there. Glad he was available. 10 out of 10, would recommend👍🏽👍🏽

They have an AI answering service that’s really off-putting. I’d prefer you tell me up front instead of letting me think I’m talking to a real person. After hanging up on the AI voice, I got a call back from Cory. He was super helpful and accommodating. The price I was charged to have vehicle keys made was half the rate of a competitor. I plan to use them again.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.
