I called this business for some help in a particular situation. He was extremely honest and said that he knew another locksmith that could probably help me out better for this particular situation. It is not often that business owners are not just honest but willing to do the right thing to get you to the right person. I would definitely use this company if I had an issue

10 days it took to receive the key. That, alone, is unacceptable. Add to that, the key copy that I was sent was grossly miscut. It had zero semblance of my original key so obviously was completely useless to me.

The worst of it all was the initial customer service experience. I was connected with a man whom I could not easily understand nor, I suspect, could he easily understand me. Only solution offered was a replacement. What??? Tell me how that replacement key is ever going to work. He could not.

In summary, extremely frustrating experience from start to finish and a complete waste of time and money.

I will say this, though. In the end I was contacted by an English first-language speaker and it was made right- even if they required to key be returned in order to get my refund. More time wasted.
