I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.

My son locked the keys in the car. I contacted Rick’s Unlock Service and he assured me he would head that way after he finished a job he was currently working on. They are great but they are not locksmiths. They are a finder service so they found me a locksmith. They really need to specify that in the ads. But I’m happy overall that the car was unlocked.

I keep getting these notices to leave a review, but i wasnt able to use the service. When you call you get a receptionist and then she transfers you to another place to put your zip code in and when I did there was no one in my area. So not sure what about the service but giving 3 stars because its a little lengthy process to go through.

A few years ago I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I didn’t realize that I locked the car until sometime between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. I got the number for Kings locksmith from a friend of mine and decided to give them a call. I fully expected the call to be ignored, or to be told I’d have to wait until morning. But they answered the phone and came out to unlock my car for me. They didn’t have to help me out at that late hour, he could have stayed in bed. But instead he made the 30+ minute drive to help me. He was nice, helpful, informative, and skilled. I highly recommend using Kings Locksmith.

If your needing someone that picks the phone up when you call, choose j & j. Called all the people listed above and not one had true 24/7 service. J&J was to me in 30 mins and on the road in less than 5 mins. True service.

I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. Highly recommend and they won’t leave you hanging and stay in communication with you.

I called Steadfast after being shot down by another in Siloam Springs,AR and I explained my situation and Curtis was very understanding and got on it right away… He ordered me a new remote Fob for my car and called the service contract company and in good faith came to my home and programmed the remote to my car and all I had to pay was taxes.
Curtis was very courteous and prepared to do his job and quickly and effectively. I am very Thankful…

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

My son lost his house key and it scared him to death because he’s very OCD like his mother and he doesn’t scare thing. He doesn’t lose things I mean and having this backup account where he could go and having the maid was very very helpful to him it only took a few seconds. It’s very easy to use. The only thing I would complain about is it just doesn’t have enough Designs that’s all all right. Have a good day.

The kiosk is easy to use, pretty straightforward, and seemed pretty popular as there were other customers using it too in there. I got a free copy of the key I was duplicating because I purchased two keys, however one of the copies doesn’t work very well because it appears the bit failed to remove a bit of the brass. The key still works, but you have to jimmy it a bit, which is why I only gave 4 stars. The other two copies work fine.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday.
