My post doesn’t reflect most other posts on here, but it’s honest and if you check I write both positive & negative reviews based on facts, not my emotions or feelings being hurt.
I called over a month ago wanting a new key, key fob, and battery and was told they needed to order the key fob. Two weeks pass with no followup, I call and asked about my order and was told it wasn’t in yet, I asked how long does it normally take, but got no response. Another two weeks pass and I called again and was told it just arrived late last week, but no apology or care that they didn’t notify me. I was asked “Well, do you want to come in?”, and at that point I said no, I want to cancel the order and go elsewhere. I wasn’t going to leave a review since so many were positive and I only found one about them returning calls better. What sealed the deal for me was as I was saying good bye I got the phone hung up on in the ear. That’s my proof of the true character of the woman who answered the phone both times. I don’t know if she’s a spouse, family member, friend, or new employee, but she definitely needs to work on her people skills. I found a different local locksmith who has to order it also, but advised me they only take 3-5 days to get via UPS once ordered and it was cheaper.
