I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

Was in and out in less than five mins to have keys made… you know it takes you that long to find the associate that makes the keys anywhere else. Keys worked correctly and they were fairly priced.

I keep getting these notices to leave a review, but i wasnt able to use the service. When you call you get a receptionist and then she transfers you to another place to put your zip code in and when I did there was no one in my area. So not sure what about the service but giving 3 stars because its a little lengthy process to go through.

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I was scammed. I was offered a new key over the phone but not on site. When they arrived they never brought the key. The customer service from the beginning was awful. Have potential to do good work but often looking to tax people for not good service.All about making money not helping customers. I was charged and my key still doesn’t work. Not to mention the job was $90 which I was told over the phone and my total was $101.38. Be cautious if you are going to use them it’s going to come at a price! I still have to find a new place to be serviced.

I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.
