I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

They have an AI answering service that’s really off-putting. I’d prefer you tell me up front instead of letting me think I’m talking to a real person. After hanging up on the AI voice, I got a call back from Cory. He was super helpful and accommodating. The price I was charged to have vehicle keys made was half the rate of a competitor. I plan to use them again.

I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.

Andrew was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He knocked out my re-key on a couple Schlage electronic locks very quickly. By appointment only, but able to see me the same afternoon I called and spoke with Adam. They do on-site, but we were trying to save some money, couldn’t be happier with the finished products!

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle.
