Accidentally locked myself out during the morning rush. One of the guys showed up VERY quickly and had me back in the house with enough time to get to work on time! Definitely would use again and am happy to refer others to their service.

I locked myself out of my car, and both my apartment key and my car key were locked inside the car. I called J&J Mobile Locksmith, and 15 minutes later I was met by a technician (who I believe was the owner) who was able to get my car unlocked, without damage, in less than a couple of minutes. I think the speed of arrival to the service call, especially on a Sunday, is very impressive, and I would say the cost for the service was fair. Definitely recommend this company if you ever need help on short notice.

I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. He was enrolled to me immediately! The whole process took less than an hour. MAX was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the concept. However I only wanted one key and it offered me 30 percent off so I said ok. It made and charged me for 2 keys. One full price and 1 30 percent off. So it tricked me into spending 10 dollars more than I had intended to spend. Really kinda upset me. I changed my stars to 5 because they gave me my money back instantly after my review. My son misplaced his truck key so I was pricing out replacement services…the two I called before hand did not service my area so I called a third company, Dr. Locksmith, left my info for a callback and Cory called me within a few minutes of my request…he was able to come out for same day service. He answered all of my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I was all set before leaving! As a professional in the service industry myself, it is always nice to find people who work just as I do for my clients that I serve!

I have Cory saved in my phone and I will call him back if ever I am in need and I will pass his info to all of my clients as well.
