I am well aware the car had issues, but never electrical. That can be proven with the bills and I am happy to share.

Before the tech arrived, the car worked – lights, auto running boards, power rear lift gate, dashboard, radio, etc. The car simply said low battery. After he left, it did nothing.

Saying Youtube is an approved source is laughable at best. The technician completely disconnected the terminal block from the top of the battery and then connected the jump starter to the positive post of the battery + to the starter relay post of the terminal block.

It was confirmed there was no power going to the starter relay post repair. It was also confirmed by Cadillac of Bentonville that the terminal block was toasted. They replaced that + battery and all was good.

Agero did end up refunding the money for the repairs, which is an admission of fault.

I do not recommend at all when it comes to jump starting a vehicle. On 8/18/25 we reached out to our insurance, who contracts through Agero who uses Pop-A-Lock. Before arrival, the vehicle simply said low battery. Everything else was working – lights, dash, radio, auto running boards, rear hatch, etc.

When the tech arrived, he appeared lost to say the least. He started out on the right side of the vehicle where the fuse box was. He finally figured that out and went to the correct side. He appeared to be watching some sort of video to figure out how to jump the car.

Then he disconnected the fuse block from the top of the battery and connected one cable to the POSITIVE terminal post of the battery and the other to the starter relay on the fuse block. Immediately we knew there was a problem as nothing worked – no lights, no dash, no running boards. Nothing. He even made a comment about how this wasn’t the first time he had seen it.

We had to use a different provider to tow the vehicle (not through Agero) and taken to the dealership. Dealership confirmed that the fuse block was bad. They replaced it + new battery and all was good.

We are now having a fight with the insurance company and Agero about who is responsible for this whole deal.

Maybe for locks they are good, but don’t use them for anything else!

We misplaced a key to an old vehicle. Also needed a spare for a few other things. Everything we needed, Casey’s did quickly and for a great price. Better than going to a dealership or attempting to order the “right” items online. Time spent and frustration was avoided by going to Casey’s from the start.

Called them a 24 -hour service let him know I had the money to get the key he said he had to call me back and go to the shop and see if they had the key called back asked about a key made for a 06 truck which has been made for me bedore this late I had an attitude because when I was asking do he have it he wouldn’t answer me ? Then stated I have to go to the shop to check it’s 11:00 at night I’m in the bed I said well ant this your job ? Then he said he would charge me $250 for a 06 vehicle basic key because it was a 11:00 at night name was nick would never shop with them again I couldn’t even understand what he was saying over the phone he complained about it being a 11:00 at night ? And told me if I don’t like it go shop elsewhere tried to call back he then blocked the number wouldn’t answer his name was Nick , Nick if you don’t like your job go get a new Job horrible customer service you don’t own pop a lock your. Worker and the average price on my car without a key is $75 to $100 and I will definitely go spend my money elsewhere once again if you do not like your job go get a new Job Nick Pop a Lock in Jacksonville Arkansas and yes I did have attitude because you did try to over charge me it doesn’t matter what time it is you all charge by the distance. you didn’t even know where I was and it’s. a 24 hour service Go get a New Job if you do not like your job you do not own the place.

This place is awesome. After losing the key to my work can I reached out to many and these are the only ones who reached back. Thank goodness because they were great. They sent their tech Zach out and he was just awesome. I recommend this company. I don’t have roadside assistance, so I had to pay full price for the service. When I called, Max asked me what I could pay. I told him and he worked with me. I locked myself out of my car, and both my apartment key and my car key were locked inside the car. I called J&J Mobile Locksmith, and 15 minutes later I was met by a technician (who I believe was the owner) who was able to get my car unlocked, without damage, in less than a couple of minutes. I think the speed of arrival to the service call, especially on a Sunday, is very impressive, and I would say the cost for the service was fair. Definitely recommend this company if you ever need help on short notice.
