Did a dummy move and locked my keys in my truck. Called them at 9:51 pm, he was there by 10:19 pm, I was in my truck by 10:20 pm. Fast and friendly service. It was astounding at how quickly he was able to unlock my truck. The price was very reasonable for a late-ish call.

What’s the deal with this business ordered a replacement Fob for my Audi, over a week ago said it would arrive in 2 days, haven’t heard back and nobody answers calls or returns calls. Only way they respond is if you leave a bad review. So please stay away from these crazy people not sure they understand customer service or give a damn. Searching for a new place.

Awesome service and price! Cut and programmed 2 jeep grand cherokee keys for me in less than 10ish minutes. The lady that did the work for me (I’m not great with names) was friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again!

Told me he could make a key for $160, they couldn’t cut the key, didn’t tell me how much to pop the door. Popped my door for and at the end charged me $100. Would have just paid the $160 and I could have opened the door myself and had a key. Rates were not told upfront except for VIN key (160) made and $100 for key to be made because they are going to give me a good deal, which I could have then opened the door myself with a key and it would have cost less money in every situation.

Well, I’m sorry to say that this is my first ever 1-star review. I drove over from New Blaine to get duplicates made of my house key. The machine scanned my key and indicated that it could replicate it and I ordered 4 keys. First, after I selected the cash payment option, the machine would not accept cash. I had to go back a few screens to select credit card payment. After paying the $36+ I took my 4 new keys home and none of them worked. I tried jiggling each key in both the front and back doors to see if I could get any of them to work but no luck. When I compared the new keys to the original, I could see that all of the new keys had one area where there should have been a deeper notch than what is on them. The original key has an area that looks like this /\_/\ while the new keys look like this ^–^ in the same area. I’ve used Minute Key machines at other locations with no issues. I guess the odds of having a bad experience finally caught up with me.
