I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

Amazing service!
I hadn’t driven my car in over two months after losing my only key fob. With no Mazda dealership in town and the closest one being in Memphis, I was stuck. I called around everywhere in Jonesboro before finally reaching this company.

He came to my home and had my car running again within 15–20 minutes. I even had an aftermarket fob, and he still made it work perfectly! He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and gave me confidence the job could be done.

I highly recommend this locksmith! Truly the BEST in Jonesboro. I’ll definitely be coming back for spare fobs in the future!

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. Make sure you call Brian you are loving him when you come out. not to mention, he gave me a brand new key and a brand new key fob for my truck at a cheap price. Everybody needs to use Bryan
