I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

Had key made at a Walmart location. Did not work.
Went to a local hardware store, had another duplicate (additional key) made for one third the price. It also did not work, but they made another that did at no additional cost.
Not pleased.
