I had to wait almost an hour in the cold after she told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. When their sub-contracted locksmith pulled up he informed me he had to come all the way from bay, and that the woman I spoke with was well aware of how far he had to come. All she had to do was be honest, it goes a long way!

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.

I keep getting these notices to leave a review, but i wasnt able to use the service. When you call you get a receptionist and then she transfers you to another place to put your zip code in and when I did there was no one in my area. So not sure what about the service but giving 3 stars because its a little lengthy process to go through.

They are great but they are not locksmiths. They are a finder service so they found me a locksmith. They really need to specify that in the ads. But I’m happy overall that the car was unlocked.

I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.

Bryan was a good guy I’ll use at anytime I need service I lost my keys due to moving vehicles at my job and couldn’t find my keys and I called one locksmith and they never came out which is papa lock is who they called and I called Brian and he came right out and gave me the key to my truck. Didn’t take not even not even. I don’t know it ain’t even take them no time you’re a good dude good service. I use them many times anytime anybody need a key to the vehicle. A few years ago I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I didn’t realize that I locked the car until sometime between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. I got the number for Kings locksmith from a friend of mine and decided to give them a call. I fully expected the call to be ignored, or to be told I’d have to wait until morning. But they answered the phone and came out to unlock my car for me. They didn’t have to help me out at that late hour, he could have stayed in bed. But instead he made the 30+ minute drive to help me. I was locked out of my vehicle and the first place I called kept giving me the run around on when they would arrive to help. After waiting over an hour and giving it the benefit of doubt since it was rush hour, I lost hope and called Pop a Lock and was there in less than 30 minutes and helped me get back into my car in no time. I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.
Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency.
