Outstanding service from technician Powell G today – both emergency (house lockout) and contract (smart lock install). Showed up promptly – within 15 minutes – to get us back in the house, and same day install of a smart lock. Total install and cleanup in less than 20 minutes. I recently bought an older vehicle for my son from a dealership that only came with one key, no remote.

After trying a few larger and better known companies with a local presence, I texted this company. I was happy when they responded with a phone call within a reasonable amount of time. Friendly and knowledgeable, the guy who called looked up the remote that would match with my son’s vehicle and gave a very fair price for a few sets and matching keys. He didn’t have more than one matching set in stock at the time, but assured me he would order them and they’d arrive shortly. He did just what he said, calling me the moment the extra set arrived. Excellent to work with.

Big Red has saved the day quite a few times before! Today again they came thru! Had to secure a home for a lender , had no keys to property so basically ‘breaking in’, with help of Attorney and Sarpy County Sherrif deputy (who was also a Great person) Big Red was able to quickly help get locks rekeyed and home secured for Lender. Thank you Big Red!

Great place to have keys made. They have plenty of options from keys, safes, door locks, locks, key chains and many accessories. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 15 minutes with 2 keys that needed to be cut.

I’m not happy with the service. I had 6 keys, 3 of two different sets made. Half of the keys did not work. The keys were not cut even close to the original. Money wasted. All of the keys had a sharp edge on one side. Will not use again.
